Eliminate Exclusive National Focuses for Germany
1.取消了德国军事线和工业线的互斥（去玩工业右线吧，点出自给自足后面会是光明的未来），并将点总体战国策的要求改成了任意敌国工业实力超过你5%（对弱国也使用炎拳吧！），不要点了总体战再去点“经济增长优先”，被强制切民用经济很可能就切不回来了。 2.核心圈七武海当然也有，都过来給元首尽忠！ 3.通过决议取消了工业科技的互斥，兼容科技树修改类mod（1000PP警告）。
