[42.13.1] Barrel Fluids Container

This mod adds the ability to use regular barrels as fluid storage containers. To enable a barrel to hold water, you'll need a wrench. After using the wrench, you’ll be able to open the barrel and use it for storing fluids. ---------------------------------
