科技至上 飞升额外提供无限循环科技的控制，可以聚焦研究某一个科技，同时也可以避免大量循环科技污染卡池，同时加成大幅度加强。 mod通过异名文件内重新定义原科技和政策代码实现 将《超导应用》与《提取模式》由岗位产出加成变更为帝国产出加成，现在戴森球和物质解压器可以代替一产岗位了。同时给《行政效率》增加2%星球飞升效果，5%决议加速（原仅提供凝聚力产出）
