Tile Mutators to More Biomes

Allows some Tile Mutators and map features to be spawned in more biomes. Initially I wanted only to spawn Hot Springs in Arid Shrubland, Tropical Rainforests and some modded biomes. But then I've decided that I can also expand some more. Allows Lava Fields
