数值溢出修复（Overflow Fix）。 将人口、科技、经济、军事四大版块对外交权重影响系数全部降低1000倍；——这个数值看起来夸张，但实际来说，只是在前期去掉了所有人外交权重里的“k”而已，影响不大。 将战舰血量（船体值）、装甲、护盾、伤害四大版块对舰队战斗力权重影响系数全部降低10倍，同时我尝试将追踪、点防武器、射程（我承认战斗时射程非常重要，但是算进战斗力公式里导致战斗力溢出属实没必要）等无关紧要的参数对战斗力的影响权重直接注释掉（即直接取消），不知道能否覆盖原版； 最后，我在此基础上，将游戏战舰
