[4.X] 单球流作弊建筑 | Single Planet Cheat Building

介绍 因为我太懒不想管理太多星球而写的单球流作弊mod，包含1个行星建筑和2个太空基地建筑, 1个什么资源都产出的职业，以及一些作弊法令。理论上 AI 是不能用的。 基于原来的3.13版本重做的，因为原来的屎山我实在不想改了。 内容包括： CPU0 算术逻辑单元复合体 ：行星建筑，会随人口增长给星球添加下面的岗位，还加了一些奇奇怪怪的 BUFF CPU0 控制员 ：新增的职业，由建筑产生，什么资源都会产出，但什么都产得不多 CPU0 高速缓存船坞 ：增加了 96 个船坞，给造船 BUFF 和空间站 BUFF
