remove 3rd machete swing

exactly what it says on the title, removes the 3rd melee swing i made this because swinging E-W 2 times is annoying skill issue? maybe idfk i don't even use melee because dual pistols are better lololol conflicts with ANY (no exceptions here) machete scrip
