Reworked Lightning Strike. This mod totaly removes lightning strikes feature and change the bonus granted by Lightning Strike skill. (affect AI and player) How? : Lightning Strike skill now gives : Skill LvL 1 : -25% Own reinforcement time Skill LvL 2 : -6
