[VSCRIPT] Incendiary Rounds become "Survival Pack"

Resources Incendiary Rounds are now survival packs, caches of resources left behind by other survivors. Placing them will no longer spawn incendiary rounds like you'd expect - now it will drop random junk on the ground, and often contain 1-2 random items,
