[MW3] USP45 & Five-Seven Replace Pistol (COD Anims)

This mod uses MWR animations for the single pistol, while the dual pistol animations are recreated based on the USP45 dual pistol animation from MW3. Because they are only recreated, they may not be identical to the original, and that's all I could do! MWR
