Simple NPC Respawning

a simple mod that then you kill a npc or somehow the npc dies, the npc respawns again at the same place or in the random navmesh if your prefer, keep in mind i did do not tested if this mod works with mods like VJ Base, Z base e DrG Base, mod works better
