空闲民工提供经济产能盈余: 民工空闲时仍然消耗我的煤炭，但是产能却被白白浪费了，打架的时候经常忘记分配（我要把精力放在军事上.jpg），本mod可以在民工空闲时提供经济产能盈余，数值为空闲民工数量*5*（1+建造速度加成）/每天，mod每天会计算，每周结算一次经济产能盈余 另外修改建筑队列基础速度加成基础值为100%，添加了一个民族精神：+市场建设加成乘数，每拥有一个工厂，市场建设加成乘数增加1%，上限为1000% 在拥有1000个工厂时，建筑队列可以得到10倍的速度加成，前提是有足够的经济产能盈余 仅限玩
