Mighty-Liver Tweak for Det's Xenotypes - Stoneborn

Better and improved! Forces the Mighty-Liver gene to get rid of cirrhosis no matter what. Adds a toggle option to disable the hediff associated with the gene, if you dislike it. My apologies for the sudden deletion of this previously, won't happen again.
