[VScript] Charger Carry Glow + No Friendly Fire

When a Charger is carrying a Survivor, this addon makes the Charger easier to see by giving it a glow. It also disables friendly fire damage to the carried Survivor. (In vanilla, FF still applies while being carried, so you often have to wait until the car
