[VScript] Tank Stuck Teleport

When the silly Bot Tank gets stuck and can’t move, it will sometimes kill itself automatically. This add-on teleports the Tank near the Survivors when it becomes stuck. You can configure the following settings in: left4dead2/ems/tank_stuck_tp/settings.txt
