Bots Can Use Heavy Weapons

Changes the tier settings of the M60, Chainsaw, and Grenade Launcher to 2, so that bots can now pick them up. Yes, it will violate the rules of weapon spawn on all maps, but maybe it won't be so bad. I haven't tested Chainsaw, but install the addon for it
