Assorted Lifespan Fixes

This was originally only meant to fix how xenotypes with long lifespan can get bad back, cataract, frail, etc. but I ended up going down a rabbit hole of how the game already has a LifespanFactor stat, but barely ever uses it. So, this mod ended up fixing
