2 Extra Building Slots for Major Settlements
Simply adds 2 extra building slots for all major settlements, i.e all provincial capitals. This means that most major settlements go from 8 building slots to 10, whereas special settlements like Altdorf or Wood elf forests go from 10 to 12. I made this mod
