Work Type Priority Adjuster-工作类型优先级调整

允许你在模组设置中自由拖动调整所有工作类型的优先级顺序，并会实时在底部工作Tab的UI中同步刷新。工作类型靠前（左侧）意味着在同等手动优先级下，殖民者会更优先执行该类型的工作。 支持所有模组添加的自定义工作类型,可以随时加入或移除本模组而不影响存档稳定性。 目前经过测试，支持已有的几个相关知名模组：Better Work Tab、Work Tab、Work Manager、More Work Types。能够正常更改，保存，中途移除，逻辑正常而不报错。需要注意的是，Better Work Tab已经实现了本
