原版的维修速度无论小人有多快的维修速度，每tick最多使建筑血量+1，对高血量的建筑十分不友好，尤其是1k+，10k+的建筑，维修起来十分漫长，因此这个mod的功能便是替换掉原版的维修任务，使其可以多修一点 No Limit Repair Point：allow pawns to repair more points in 1 tick
