New Standoff 2 Agents Playermodels

This addon will add playermodels for the new operators from Standoff 2 Remaster to Garry's Mod. I've added pseudo-PBR texture support to these models, so they look very beautiful and realistic in-game. The с_arms are based on the playermodels.
