1，添加了一个法令，可以随时打开卓越页面，再也不用担心前期和卓越危机后用不了卓越了（卓越基地打我管舰船服务什么事） 2，并顺手修复了ACOT临时汉化和鸽组汉化不显示卓越币数量的BUG 3，允许购买御星者II和灭星者 4，灭星者没有限购 5，卓越舰船可设计（目前仅灭星者正常，且因为ACOT作者的奇妙拼模导致设计体验会比较差） 6，灭星者可建造 （低技术力不会改模） 更新计划： 1，优化设计体验（将会独立出来） 2，添加全系列卓越舰船设计 温馨提示： 不要在卓越通讯前找卓越买内阁，否则打开政府页面会崩溃，未知B
