[4.3] 蜂巢义体体验改善

适配群星：4.3.* 此mod使蜂巢的增强子个体在激活了义体传统左三后，每100岗的有机人口组装基础值+1，代价是合金维护费+1 使用此mod后蜂巢义体飞升的人口增长速度将稍低于基因飞升，但也基本够用了，可以改善义体蜂巢的游玩体验。 兼容性提示：覆盖了原版“增强子个体”岗位的代码，除了修改的部分外与原版4.3相同，与同样覆盖了该岗位的mod不兼容。
