Cliff Face Shadow Fix
Fixes RTWSM shadows breaking on steep cliff faces. Cliffs will no longer have long flickering streaks on the faces. Does not fix any other glitches with RTWSM shadows, such as checkerboarding after long sessions. I recommend increasing shadow view distance
