Bill Texture Fixes & Tweaks

Small fixes and tweaks to the textures of Bill. This addon only changes the diffuse textures, normal maps, and phongmasks. The model and VMT files are untouched, so this is compatible with mods like Better Bile L4D1+L4D2 Survivors Survivor Better Materials
