JS - No Uranium Ammo

Simple mod that removes uranium cost from missiles, artillery and railgun slugs. Also replaces platinum with gold. Uses ModAdjuster to be a super light touch only changing the blueprint prerequisites so it should not conflict with other mods. Please do not
