Vanilla+ M16 Animations

Tries to somewhat improve some weirdo stuff about the M16 animations. Fixes the right hand finger clipping into the trigger, and the magazine clipping into the gun during the reload. Also adjusts the way the left hand holds the gun to be more in line with
