Karl's Universal Blood Splattering

NPC fights always felt a bit too clean after they ended, so I made this. It adds some extra blood decal mess around ragdolls and nearby surfaces, with splatters that can follow the direction of the hit instead of just appearing randomly everywhere. Ragdoll
