日共拓展：八抗中共

由于个人喜欢八抗的大西北路线以及建国后的现代化国策树，且苦于日共的中共国策太少，便将两个mod做点适配 目前已整合大部分内容 移除八抗的派系斗争系统 重新排版现代化三军线 头像风格暂未统一 更新简单ai，仅能正确完成国策（不过仅这样就能肘飞希望德了） 国策选择上请优先点政治线，不需要强等时间，有其他条件解锁 因为还是和鸟共剧本一样需要在38年打解放战争的 （请优先点派遣任弼时，让王稼祥归来，之后再点六中六届，否则毛将无法上台） 部分国策图标来自苏联超人
