All Uncommon Types on All Maps [Commission]

A script that makes it so all uncommon types have a chance to spawn on any map. This is a VScript and so is compatible with population edits. All commons have a 5% chance to be replaced with a new uncommon. Percentages: Ceda/Mudmen/Roadcrew - 22% Riot Cops
