Rebalances base game blacksmithing occupation. Blacksmithing occupation now gives +3 Blacksmithing, +2 Maintenence, and +1 Strength. Additionally, the occupation grants the "Well-Fitted" trait, which ignores discomfort modifiers of clothing and armour. Wor
