Shotgun Damage Multiplier

Configurable buff to shotgun damage meant to be used alongside Proper Shotguns to make them less anemic. By default, I set it to 1.5 and assume vanilla combat. However, if you use Armored Up or anything similar, I recommend setting the damage multiplier to
