[AKT] Support Buff

Adds a Fire Emblem-style support system. Buffs are applied to melee hit chance / melee dodge chance / shooting accuracy based on opinion and bonds with nearby allies and animals. The better the opinion, the larger the buff: lining up Pawns who get along we
