RIS-ScrapyardEnhanced Respawns

Improved version of my respawn grids for use in a hybrid economy/scrapyard playthrough. When respawning on Earth-like or Alien planet you get a flying vehicle with an open saddle. When respawning on Mars or Pertam you get a rover with an enclosed cockpit.
