Dirt Floor Farming Fix [B42]

Fixes two issues with dirt floors placed through the build menu: you can now plant on them (including on upper floors), and you can place them on tiles where you previously dug up dirt. Works in singleplayer and multiplayer. Changelog 1.1 - Fixed placement
