Wiremod Program counter (WITH JUMP!)
Needs wiremod, actually 32 bit (counts from 0x00000000 to 0xFFFFFFFF), but can be lowered. I didnt go any higher because gmod is 32 bit by default. Might need 64 bit gmod just in case it counts higher than 0xFFFFFFFF, but wiremod might prevent gates from c
