[xdR] Reused Bill GetUpFromPounced for Ellis

Kinda odd, because, Ellis has unique get up animation but it take almost 3 seconds to get up. So i change it using Bill Get Up animation that take 2 seconds to get up than unique one. Uses Slot 035 Credit: Valve (original animations)
