Awaken Persona Ritual

Adds the "Awaken Persona" psychic ritual (requires both Royalty and Anomaly DLCs). Channel void energies through a shard to awaken the dormant psychic intelligence within a monosword, plasmasword, or zeushammer — transforming it into a full persona weapon.
