【WorkFlow】每3秒自动检测殖民地工作需求，基于殖民者技能排名智能分配优先级。 —— 核心机制 —— · 自动排序：3秒一次扫描全图，按技能排名分配工作优先级 · 按需分配：工作需求越大，投入越多人手（建造多→多人建，没活→各干各的） · 高风险限制：医疗/制作/锻造 只交给技能最高的1人，杜绝低技能搞砸 · 种植优先：有播种/收获任务时全员投入（研究者除外），食物第一 · 低优先级上限：清洁和搬运永远不高于优先级3，不会抢建造/医疗的活 —— 手动模式 —— 你也可以创建手动模板，激活后自动排序暂停
