L4D2 Styled CSS Weapon Sounds

I got tired of hearing the vanilla CSS weapon sounds. so I made them more akin to L4D2! NOTE: The MP5 uses 44100hz instead of the default 22050hz. Use this mod to convert the MP5's Sounds to 44100hz: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1
