Empty Magazine Sound Cue

Dead simple VScript that plays a custom, mechanical click sound when you empty your current magazine, with the sound being distinct between pistols, SMGs and shotguns/rifles/snipers. Originally was supposed to be a feature update for my Low Ammo Sound Cue
