Mortality: Final Skeletonization

Adds an optional skeleton stage to Mortality. After a corpse finishes decaying, this addon can make it turn into a skeleton after a set amount of time. It only works on ValveBiped NPCs/ragdolls, so unsupported creatures and weird models are ignored. Mortal
