手动操控舰船作战

鉴于蠢户的作战电脑修到它们青马暴毙了也没改好，所以直接放弃蠢户设计的舰船作战逻辑，改为使用可以手动操作舰船作战的巨像电脑，将原本的作战电脑移到A槽，保留了原本作战电脑的BUFF加成同时避免舰船去执行蠢户的司马作战逻辑，目前设计了灵飞武灾会用到的矿驱和泰坦，其他舰船后续再议 矿驱和泰坦都分为两种，配置为炮击预知接口+解码器/火控，通过法令里的对应法令添加模板到舰船设计器，研究出预知接口、解码器/火控芯片的科技后就会显示，有解码器科技后使用火控的模板添加法令不会出现，可以在用法令添加模板后自己手动修改除第一个A
