Reload action rework - RHS

As popular demand, I made this mod to chandge reload anims for RHS (and its sub-mods) firearms, mainly for AR15s and AKs (exclude the pistols) CBA is not required. New reload action applied to these wpns: USAF: https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetai
