Bandits Melee Armor Patch

Ever tank a bandit crowbar in full metal and take the same damage as if you were in your bathing suit? Bandits V2 doesn't check armor on melee only on gunshots. This patch fixes that. WHAT IT DOES Bandit melee and barehand hits now respect what you're wear
