Vanilla Weapon "Rebalance"

This is an ongoing mod that rebalances the vanilla weapons whilst maintaining the weapon fantasy. This improves the base dmg of polearms. Slightly reduces the armour dmg reduction on katana type weapons. Adds some armour dmg reduction to the more cut heavy
