【前言】 参考了一下原有的一些服务器端特效模组，优化了一下逻辑， 节约了更多的服务器性能，性能开支基本上分摊到客户端， 这也是设置主动展示特效功能的原因，而不是像之前一样一 直显示，在不影响玩家自身的观感上尽可能减少对其他玩家 的影响 【服主使用说明】 scripts/userlist是特效分配名单，服主可以直接编辑（最好是 找我要一份源码，没有源码个别特效也可以编辑进去） 可以在模组配置界面选择是否开启某种特效以及第四天开始是 否开放展示特效功能 【玩家使用说明】 局内，esc-服务器指令-开关特效，这个
