Ritual Anytime & Random Recruit Defaults

Requires the Ideology DLC. When generating or randomizing an ideoligion's rituals, vanilla RimWorld randomly assigns each ritual's timing restriction ("anytime" or a specific date) and randomly picks its attached reward. This mod changes those defaults: -
