[SST] L4D1 Materials and Props

USE PROPS RESTORATION INSTEAD! It's the same, but better Survivor specific textures for almost all L4D1 props. Any campaign with L4D1 survivors will have the L4D1 props, while campaigns with L4D2 survivors will be default.
