所有建筑数值全部按照4.2版本原数值加成统一回调（忍不了这削的💩一样的数值），当然，堕落建筑取消每个星球建造一，没有强行塞进来的自动化格子。 目前只是进行少量测试，遇到什么bug请及时反馈
